# Getting Started

Getting started with Lexir is a structured launch process designed to take brands from first conversation to live sales.

From discovery and launch planning to setup, stock movement, and go-live, each stage is built to move the brand forward with clarity and momentum.

### 1. Start with a discovery call

The process starts with a discovery call with the Lexir team.

This is the first step in defining the brand’s objectives, target markets, and intended route to market.

### 2. Get a Launch Plan

Following that first discussion, Lexir prepares a Launch Plan.

The brand receives and reviews that plan as the basis for the proposed route to market and the next steps for launch.

### 3. Access the Lexir Launch Pad

Once the launch process is under way, the brand gains access to the Lexir Launch Pad.

This provides the materials, guidance, and support needed to prepare for launch in a structured way.

### 4. Choose markets and move stock

The next stage is to choose the target markets and subscription plan, then begin moving stock with the help of Lexir.

At this point, the launch moves from planning into operational execution.

### 5. Go live and start selling

Once the setup is ready, the brand can connect and integrate the chosen sales channels, define product settings such as pricing, and go live.

From there, the brand can start selling and receiving orders across the chosen route to market.

### Getting Started with Lexir

Getting started with Lexir means moving through a launch process designed to turn market plans into live sales.
